15 new corona cases was confirmed in Nepalgunj today. The first 9 cases was declared in day time by speaker of Ministry of Health and Population. Then in evening more 6 new cases was confirmed and totaled to 15  in Nepalgunj and 75 corona infected persons in Nepal. It is the highest number of infected number in a single day.

Firstly a 60 year old man who lives in DSP road line was confirmed of corona positive in Nepalgunj then after following him and through contact tracing him swab collections were collected of 90 people were collected with whom he came in contact.In the first 30 samples 9 were seen positive and then after in evening in more 6 people were confirmed of corona positive.

The first 60 year old infected person used to visit mosque daily to do Azaan and also used to teach Urdu language to children. He visited Bahraich district of India before lock down where there are number of  cases now. The contact tracing of other infected person has been started and the area has been sealed for now.
