Thailand. Media personality and music video director Rajendra Luitel (Raj) has won the Best Music Video Director award in Thailand.

World-renowned director Raj was presented with the award for the music video of the song Maya Marau Bol at a grand ceremony held at the Princeton Hotel in Bangkok. He received the award from the hands of eminent personalities of Thailand at the Himalayan International Awards ceremony.

Raj, who recently won the Best Video Director award for the video of the same song at the Genius Music Awards held in Nepal, is also busy making videos recently.

Raj, who managed to make his name in the Guinness Book of Records by making the highest music video, was honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Indian Television Award in Mumbai, India, a few months ago. Raj, who has been in various media for almost two decades and has given special emphasis through journalism to expand and develop Nepal-India diplomatic relations, was honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in appreciation of his contribution, according to Indian news media.

Luitel, who joined the media through print journalism, is currently the head of Rashtrakhabar.com, Rastrakhabar Patrika and Pageant Nepal. Luitel, who is also the vice-chairman of the Program Management Association Nepal, has been honored by world-renowned organizations including Guinness World Records, America World Records of Books, European World Records, British World Records of Books, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Service Award, International Youth Icon Award India, Mahatma Gandhi International Award India, International Peace Award, India, Indo Nepal Journalism Award and others. As the managing director of Fair Express magazine, he is known as a successful program manager in Nepal.
