Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal has issued letter on Monday, 9 May on the topic of road made by Inida in Lipulek to Mansarovar in Tibet. The lipulek is part of Nepal where India inaugurated a road to Holy place Mansarovar in Tibet China. Minister of Foreign Affairs Pradip Gyawali said that we are really saddened by this step of India. The foreign ministry issued this letter.
